Shipping Policies and Charges
• Shipping is done through Indian Posts for both Domestic and International orders. Domestic orders are delivered within 8-10 days. Major Cities normally takes lesser time. For International Orders the delivery is around 20 -25 days. Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not included in the delivery timelines.
• Shipping rates depend on the weight, volume , packaging of the product and the destination of the shipped products by RAJASTHAN HANDBLOCK PRINTING and BIKANER WOOLLEN CARPETS.
• The final prices of all Jewelry include both the Cost and Shipping charges at the time of check out ( Domestic & Internationell).
• In case of faster delivery required we can also ship it using Fedrex. Kindly contact us with the delivery information for the additional amount to be paid via Paypal.
• All products are processed from our own warehouse in Jaipur. Orders are shipped to the address mentioned during the checkout process.
• Our domestic delivery will attempt to deliver the packages three times before they return it to us.

Duties & Taxation for International Orders
The orders do not include duties and taxation for international orders which are levied at the time of port entry and depend on the product and the destination country. You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of your placing the order by sending us an email. Thereafter we will not accept refund/cancellation unless our product reaches you in damaged condition or you received different product than you paid for.
Where all do we deliver ?
We deliver to all and any postal address around the INDIA. Our courier agents are DHL / UPS/ FEDEX / SKYNET / SPEED POST / DTDC / MARUTI / MADHUR /ANJANI. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most cities where 5 day work culture. Also on Festivals courier companies has holidays. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from state to state. Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like DHL / UPS / FEDEX / SKYNET / SPEED POST and they deliver within 48-72 hours as soon as possible.
Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 8 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request at Submit and address correction charges of rupees 100 will applicable on shipment.
